The factory covers 4000 sq.meters, 300 of which are in a dust-free environed. GZMC has a total staff of over 250, all of whom received comprehensive training. Our current monthly production is around 300,000 sets, 70% of which are for overseas markets such as America, Europe and Australia etc.
Progress & Development:
October, 2005----Established. Staff: 50. Production capacity: 30,000 sets monthly. Market: North America.
May, 2006----Pass ISO9001 ( 2000 version). Production capacity: 100,000 sets.
September, 2006----Established sales office in Mainland China, Taiwan. Increased market share.
July, 2007----Staff: over 150. Production capacity: over 150,000 sets monthly. Market: USA, Europe, Australia.
August, 2008----Expansion of manufacturing facilities, 300 sq.meter is dedicated to dust-free environ.
Staff: over 200. Production Capacity: over 200,000 sets monthly.
April,2009----The company expanded and upgraded the printing workshop with Class 1000 clean room and an additional infrared drying machines. Total number of employee was increased to 250 and production capacity was double fold.
May,2011----The company again expanded the office and production line, introducing Automatic Cutting Machine, American made Automatic Bonding Machine, Automatic Printing Machine and Precision Engraving Machine.
Sep,2012----Invention Certification - (Patented Membrane Switch with LGF Backlight) .
October, 2014---Maxtech has moved to a new factory site smoothly with newly renovated class 100 cleanroom start operation.
